10 WIFT-FL members are invited to a special advance cast-and-crew screening of Whispers of the North, for FREE. The new feature film from Orlando filmmaker Michael Burns, on Thursday, August 27, at Aloma Cinema Grill in Winter Park.

Filmed in Central Florida and Alaska, the production stars Jared Bankens—whose credits include Fallout, Twisted Metal and NCIS: New Orleans—and Orlando actress Grace Schnitzius. Burns’s previous feature, the Alaskan survival thriller Peaks and Valleys, has generated more than 16 million streams across digital platforms.

Doors open at 6:00 p.m., and the screening begins at 7:00 p.m. A conversation with members of the cast and creative team will follow.
