You have a great script or film idea - now what? Funding it is often the hardest part, and we've got the workshop to help you figure it out.

WIFT Florida is excited to present our Film Financing Workshop, a virtual event featuring award-winning producer Ramfis Myrthil. His credits include Cicada, I Got Next, and Ricky, which made its debut at Sundance 2026. Ramfis is also a SXSW Film mentor and speaker, and he knows firsthand what it takes to get a project from development to the finish line.

Whether you're working from a short and dreaming bigger (like Ricky!) or starting fresh with a feature idea, this workshop is built for you and because it's virtual, it's open to WIFT-FL members and film lovers across the state!
