John & Laura Vonmutius present "Lights, camera, hold that thought..." How to Think Like an Editor: from pre-production to delivery.
Before the camera rolls, get the lowdown from John and Laura. Understand proper slating, continuity, coverage, framing, VFX considerations and media management.

With 13+ years of experience, John VonMutius is an Emmy-nominated, Telly-winning editor who has cut multiple feature films, streaming shows, and short films. He has also served as post-production supervisor for features and streaming shows, managing a global team of professionals and overseeing the post workflow from wrap to delivery.

Laura VonMutius has been a script supervisor for numerous films and commercials. When she’s not on set, she is an assistant editor, organizing footage and assembling scenes.
