JOYCE LEE  is a stage and screen actress seen in roles on TV series including Greys Anatomy, Law & Order, and Cold Case, along with dozens of indie projects. 

A writer-producer of shorts, web-series and documentaries, Joyce also works as an activist, standing for youth and social justice.  

She works out at The Actor's Studio where she is a lifetime member, and holds an MFA in Acting from NYU (Tisch). As Fox Fellowship recipient she completed the documentary, The Ethnic Groups of Ghana and is presently in production on Who Invented the Bean Pie?

Joyce mentors aspiring actors as an adjunct professor at  The New York Film Academy in Burbank, CA, and has mentored and conducted arts education workshops for Lincoln Center Institute (NY), Unusual Suspect Theatre Co. (LA), Cornell University (Ithaca, NY),  New Federal Theatre,  and Theatre for a New Audience (NYC).  

Acting Awards include:
-Audelco Award-Best Actress, Joe Turner's Come and Gone, New Federal Theatre NY

-Obie Award-Best Revised Play (Ensemble), Mamba's Daughters, Target Margin Theate, NY

-NAACP Theatre Award (Ensemble) Transitions, Robey Theatre, LA
