ABOUT Diana Giglio: Owner of Profile Premiere Model and Talent

Public speaker Diana Giglio has a passion for educating and helping others push forward through their challenges. Diana serves her community as a youth mentor and media-savvy advocate for the prevention of bullying and domestic violence. She leverages her life experiences to help fellow women, children, and teens overcome their own obstacles and achieve their greatest potential in life.

POISED MODEL TURNED ENTREPRENEUR

Diana currently serves as CEO of Profile Modeling in Lakeland, Florida, but it has been a turbulent road to success. She was raised in Massachusetts by her father, doting mother, and three protective older brothers. From a young age, she had a yearning to become a model, and that she did. This junior prom queen and high school cheerleader blossomed into a poised model working for top clothing designers. By the time she was 30, her entrepreneurial spirit helped her launch a franchise of modeling agencies. Diana's work includes collaborating with top modeling and talent clients to place her models in major films, television, theatre, and print. Her affiliation with the cosmetic industry as a Professional Makeup Artist adds polish and finesse to her credentials. Her fashion, hair, and make-up expertise is also showcased in some of her seminars and presentations for today’s teens.

PUBLISHED AUTHOR AND DOMESTIC ABUSE SURVIVOR
Diana was the picture-perfect image of a successful and modern woman, but her health and wealth crumbled at the hands of her abusive husband. After devoting her early adulthood to building a million-dollar empire, Diana found herself amid turmoil and married to a suddenly abusive man capable of destroying her life. His hidden lies, his buried past, and his covetous thievery cost her physically and financially. Sadly, a brutal beating with head injuries led to Diana suffering a stroke. Preying on her weakness and defying restraining orders, her husband manipulated situations and coaxed her into tolerating his sickness for several years before she and her children could break free. Diana’s riveting story serves as a warning to help others know what to beware of in their own relationships. In 2010, Diana penned “What to Look Out For,” a memoir while bedridden as the result of brutal abuse. Despite losing nearly everything she had worked for in life, Diana defies the “woe is me” stigma by educating others on how she found the courage to rebuild her life. More recently, she has written a book on teens and violence.

We are So excited to have Diana Giglio!!
